Absa made me cry

I’ve been with Absa for over 10 years and have used a number of their products. Never have I had an issue with them, but now I just can’t wait to switch everything to another bank. I have to FICA my accounts and its been such a runaround process. I’m not going to go into detail because its been its sad and boring, but on Saturday, on yet another trip to the bank to try FICA I was turned away. This is because I don’t get mail from companies I owe money to, I don’t owe anyone money! The different branches can’t seem to agree what information I can use to FICA with.

I left the Absa branch and shed a little tear out of exasperation. Good bye Absa, I’m switching to a much better bank.

    Oh no :( Honestly I actually do everything I can to avoid going into a branch for stuff!!!

    It is NEVER an easy process!

    What gets my goat is one branch said I need to bring form X so I bring it but to a different branch and they say no they need form Y. argh!
