I’m so happy to announce that I’m one of the 6 winners of YuppieChef’s Middleton Tart Challenge! There is apparently a prize, not sure what it is yet but can’t wait to find out.

Readers were challenged to create a tart, whether it be sweet or savoury in of honour Kate Middleton (The Duchess of Cambridge) and her recent nuptials.
